This is a fan project built by one person, not a company with a growth target. There's nothing to buy, nothing to subscribe to, and no login — your collection, wishlist, and trade list live in a database on your own device.
The app sends one anonymous ping per session, so I can see roughly how many people use it and where. It never includes what you collect, search for, or trade. The privacy policy spells out exactly what that means, and the disclaimer is straight about what this project is and isn't.
